What age are your products for?
Our muslin blankets are designed to grow with your little one, from newborn right through to the older years. Our swim ponchos are sized for kids from around 2 to 12 years old, depending on height, so each piece keeps fitting as they grow.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our fabrics are soft, gentle, and tested for safety. If your child has specific skin sensitivities or allergies, just reach out to us — we're happy to advise on which products will work best for them.
How do I wash and care for my Navi Baby products?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. No bleach. They're designed to survive real pool days, sandy hands, and everyday chaos — and come out looking bold and bright every time. Full care instructions come with every product.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes. We ship within Australia (3–5 business days), to New Zealand (5–9 business days), and internationally (10–20 business days). Free shipping is available over $75 AUD in Australia and $90 AUD in New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch most orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays ship the same day. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. If you need it faster, we offer express shipping at checkout — perfect for last-minute pool season prep or gifts.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. If it doesn't work for your family, send it back. We stand behind every product because we test them with our own kids first. Full details on our Returns Policy page.
Are your colours fade-proof?
Our bold colours are designed to stay bold. We use quality dyes and test every product through real pool days and beach trips before it reaches you. Colour fading shouldn't happen — and if it does, we'll make it right.
